Time for Tours Booking Policy 1. Reservation Confirmation All bookings must be confirmed via our website or customer service. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. 3. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made 7-14 days before the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date. 4. Changes to Bookings - Changes to bookings can be made up to 7 days before the tour date, subject to availability. - A change fee may apply. 5. No-show Policy - No refunds will be issued for no-shows. 6. Special Requirements - Please inform us of any special requirements (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility) at the time of booking. 7. Travel Insurance - We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. 8. Liability - Time for Tours is not responsible for any personal injuries or losses during tours. 9.
